Frijja has several warehouses worldwide and orders are shipped from multiple locations.  Delivery of shipments is being affected by the spread of the virus and is dependent on the operation of your local post office.  As a result delivery of your purchased items may take up to 4 weeks.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

30 days money back guaranteed. Buyer pays for return shipping. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and not destroyed or damaged. Items must be in the same condition sent and be available for resale unless item was damaged during shipping. Item must be returned for a full refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Frijja has different distribution points around the world. Most shipments originate from the U.S. or China. Each order can take a few days to process and delivery is within 15-20 days from the date of posting the tracking number.

Package weight below 2 kg/1lb Shipping method: ePacket or U.S. First Class.

ePacket only supports shipping to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-20 days

China Post Air Mail supports worldwide shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 15-25 days

EMSDHL Package weight over 2KG.  EMS and DHL support worldwide shipping. Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 days

USPS  shipments from the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class with tracking or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the item. Estimated Delivery: 3-7 days for First Class and 2-3 days for Priority Mail.

Note: Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 7- 25 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
