UPDATE: COVID-19 Impacting Deliveries

Frijja has several warehouses worldwide and orders are shipped from multiple locations (United States, China, Italy, France, Spain, Russia and Turkey).  Delivery of shipments is being affected by the spread of the virus and is dependent on the operation of your local post office.  As a result delivery of your purchased items may take up to 6 weeks.

You can track your shipment at frijja.com scroll to the bottom of the page and go to “track your order” or use link  https://frijja.com/tools/track-your-order. You can also use the online tracking system for your local post office and enter the tracking number provided with your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order can take normally 15-20 days from the date of posting the tracking number.

ePacket weight below 2 kg/1lb only supports shipping to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-20 days (Currently up to 6 weeks due to COVID-19)

China Post Air Mail supports worldwide shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 15-25 days (currently up to 6 weeks due to COVID-19)

EMSDHL Package weight over 2KG.  EMS and DHL support worldwide shipping. Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 days (currently up to 3 weeks due to COVID-19)

USPS  shipments from the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class with tracking or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the item. Estimated Delivery: 3-7 days for First Class and 2-3 days for Priority Mail.  Internal shipping within U.S. is not affected by COVID-19.

OTHER SHIPPING:  Other postal services within a country are operating within normal delivery times. We have some products available within United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain and France.  Our free shipping includes one of the fastest ways to get your purchase to your door.

Note: Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 7- 25 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. This timeline is now affected by COVID-19.

We have a 30 days money back guaranteed policy.  Buyer pays for return shipping. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and not destroyed or damaged. Items must be in the same condition sent and be available for resale, unless the item was damaged during shipping. Item must be returned for a full refund.
